On March 24, 2014 the Centre d’études phénoménologiques at the Université catholique de Louvain will host the colloquium “Phénoménologie(s) de l’absolu.”  Professor Anthony Steinbock, Director of the SIU Carbondale Phenomenology Research Center, will be giving the keynote address: “L’expérience religieuse et la question de l’évidence.”

On March 25, the Centre d’études phénoménologiques will host a small conference on the moral emotions.  Anthony Steinbock will present his research on the “Phenomenology of Humility,” followed by a round-table discussion with Nathalie Frogneux, Nicolas de Warren, and José Errazuriz.  The event will occur between 2:00-4:00.  Further information can be found here.
